A Blogroll of Sorts
by Danny Fisher
I’ve been hemming and hawing about whether or not to put a “blogroll” in the right hand column with all the other links. I’ve ultimately decided not to, but I’d like to share some links to and descriptions of blogs I read regularly and enjoy. In the future, I hope to share more as I discover them.

Lots of familiar names in there – good to see them all in one place. Hopefully I will be able to spend some more time online reading again.
Dukkha Earl: Do you have a blog somewhere these days?
No, no longer. Like some of my favorites (I’ll avoid names, but point my finger squarely at you, and another at Kit over at Paper Frog) I was compelled to give it up for a time. Lots of reasons, time being the key factor. Practise had to be first, the writing was only an extension of that, and even then, my random scribblings were probably useful only to me – lots of inside jokes and what. I crack me up, what can I say?
Then there was the business of actual life, also an extension of the practise(or is it the other way about?), but it took the actual living to make that really sink in – I’m sure you follow my meaning. So, with some time away, I’ve found myself back online more and more, casting about to see what is what and who is still about.
I had again come across one of the larger bulliten boards on buddhism, and was frankly a little surprised the more I dug about – not to cast aspersions on anyones efforts, but jeepers, there was a lot of crap there.
So, here I am, back where I started, and pinin’ for the oldies. Pinin’- no joke. Not that you are ‘old’ or anything…. I’d better shut up now.
