The Duke University Center for Spirituality, Theology and Health’s New Website

The Duke University Center for Spirituality, Theology and Health just announced the launch of its new website at:

http://www.dukespiritualityandhealth.org
An email that I received from Harold G. Koenig, M.D., the co-director of the Center, says:

The Center’s new website just became live within the past 24 hours. We have been working to update the form and content of the website for 6 months. I think you will find it an unparalleled source of information about spirituality and health for chaplains.

Dr. Koenig goes on to explain that the website makes and will continue to make available information about “(1) spirituality and health research grants, (2) workshops and lectures, (4) spirituality & health membership society, (5) post-doc fellowships, (6) past research on spirituality and health, (7) latest research at Duke and throughout the world from 2000-2007 (over 75 recent studies), (8) spirituality and health books, (9) national and international speakers schedule, and (10) links to other spirituality and health organizations.”

I had a link to the Center’s old website in the “Professional Chaplaincy and Spiritual Caregiving” links in the right-hand column of this blog, and have always appreciated their work. I’m very pleased that the Center is taking their online work up a notch.
