Sooner than expected, I present to you Vodcast #4.

This one was an inspired by a YouTube video made by my dear friend Derek Scefonas, the visual and culinary artist behind the blogs Fridgeir and Cook This Now, as well as my collaborator on an interview with Judith Simmer-Brown that was posted to this blog last year.
