Then may I recommend downloading a copy of the manga comic Aung San Suu Kyi: The Fighting Peacock from the newsmagazine The Irrawaddy? The cost is only $3, and all proceeds will be used to support Burmese relief activities.

The comic, created by Japanese cartoonist Akazu Mizuha in 1994, tells Suu Kyi’s story from her youth up to her 1991 Nobel Peace Prize win while under house arrest. It also depicts the terrible events of 8.8.88.
