According to Reuters, His Holiness the Dalai Lama has called a special and rather major meeting of Tibetan leaders, intellectuals and non-government organizations chosen by the Tibetan Government-in-Exile. They will meet this winter to “discuss political unrest in Tibet this year and the future of the Tibetan movement.”
