URGENT ACTION: Make a $5 Tax-Deductible Donation to the U.S. Campaign for Burma Before the New Year

This from the U.S. Campaign for Burma:

2008 is quickly drawing to a close. Financial circumstances have been difficult for everyone, and the U.S. Campaign for Burma is no exception. We’re writing with one final appeal of the year.

Can you spare $5, or maybe $10 or more to help us meet our goals for our annual holiday funds drive? If everyone who receives this email would give just $5, we could carry out many powerful and effective campaigns in 2009, but we can only do so with your support.

We would be extremely grateful if you could extend the holiday spirit just a little bit farther by giving an even more generous year-end gift for Burma. This is your last chance to squeeze in a tax-deductible donation to USCB in 2008.

From all of us at the U.S. Campaign for Burma, we wish you a very happy, healthy new year and we pledge to use every penny of your donations judiciously in our unwavering pursuit of freedom, human rights and democracy for the people of Burma in 2009.

Make your donation here.
