Today is the Chinese/Lunar New Year. Xin Nian Hao!
As a way of marking the occasion, I thought I would re-post a short video I made last year about the cleansing rituals that precede celebrations of the New Year at Fo Guang Shan Monastery in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. (I went to Taiwan on a research grant last year.)
