Dying Poor, Experiencing Rebirth Rich

Back in September 2008, I posted about a piece in the International Herald Tribune that reported on activities at Wat Prommanee, a Buddhist monastery in Nakhon Nayok, Thailand. The temple offers a “cleansing” ritual in which people can climb into coffins and experience “death and rebirth” for a fee.
