Hey thanks! I am honored to be mentioned in your blog. So the concept of no-self is that there is no permanent self, just a set or series of changing emotions, feelings, thoughts, even a changing body. In meditation a few years ago, I was asked by my spiritual teacher to dismantle myself in meditation. I went through a process of I am not my body, I am not my emotions…and on and on for months till I reached the end and there was nothing there. It was emptyness or formless. I guess my question is then is after awakening then the body dies…is it annihilation? Is there simply nothingness?
