The faculty and staff at University of the West had lunch at Hsi Lai Temple today.  By a twist of random fate, I ended up sitting with Venerable Hui Chi, abbot of the temple.  Our gracious and generous host, he’s also a sweet, humble man, and it was a pleasure to be able to chat with him a little bit.
