His Holiness the Dalai Lama Sends His Condolences to the People of Chile
This from the Office of His Holiness the Dalai Lama:
March 1st 2010
On February 28th, 2010, His Holiness the Dalai Lama sent a letter President Michelle Bachelet of Chile to express his sadness “by the loss of many lives and the extensive damage to roads and buildings as a result of the massive earthquake that struck Central Chile”.
His Holiness extended his prayers, sympathy and condolences to President Bachelet and through her to “those who have been directly affected by this tragedy”.
