U.S. Judge to Hear Walnut Civil Rights Case Involving Buddhist Temple on Thursday

Back in September, I posted about the case of alleged religious discrimination against Chung Tai Zen Center that has led the Department of Justice to file suit against Walnut, CA. The San Gabriel Valley Tribune brings us the news that “a U.S. District Court judge could determine Thursday whether [that case] has enough merit to proceed.” Read the whole story here.
