Today’s dharma quote is yet another from the Vidyādhara, Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche (1939-1987), whom I first quoted and wrote a little bio for here. This week saw the twenty-fourth anniversary of his death. This is it, courtesy of Shambhala Publications’ Ocean of Dharma this week:
There is no problem when people are not stuck on anything but are in the process of expanding. Then you can find a sense of built-in freedom. Don’t try to put everything into a pigeonhole. If you do that, you might find yourself stuck in one pigeonhole. But if you regard your existence as cosmic, then you won’t be stuck on anything. Our home is not just this planet Earth. It is our solar system.
