I am the author of Off the Cushion, a blog about Buddhism and social justice, for the religion website Patheos. I blog for Shambhala Sun, Buddhadharma: The Practitioner’s Quarterly, and elephantjournal.com as well, and you can find regular posts by me at these sites.

I’ve also written chapters for two upcoming books:  editors Cheryl A. Giles and Willa B. Miller’s The Arts of Contemplative Care: Pioneering Voices in Buddhist Chaplaincy and Pastoral Work (Wisdom Publications) and editors Daniel Schipani and Leah Dawn Bueckert’s Multifaith Perspectives on Spiritual Care (Pandora Press).
